DELIVERIES.

Our couriers deliver from Monday to Friday each week to most London postcodes. Deliveries are made from 9am-7pm, excluding busy seasonal holidays where deliveries may run until 9pm.

We have a set pricing list for local postcodes which are detailed at the bottom of this page. For postcodes not listed we ask that you drop us an email first so we can quote you for the cost of the courier.

TIMINGS & DELAYS

We book in multiple deliveries with our courier each morning. Delivery times are dictated by the couriers individual delivery route, which can be affected by London traffic and additional pick ups and stops along the way. We therefore do not specify an exact time that your item will be delivered. Typically items are delivered within a 1-2 hour time slot, so if you have specific requirements with delivery please email us before placing your order so we can make sure that the item arrives within the correct time frame.

WEEKEND DELIVERIES

We can organise weekend deliveries for special occasions. Please email us before you order so we can confirm our availability.

SAFE PLACE & MISSED DELIVERIES

As we have a large delivery window, it is important to provide us with a safe place or neighbour that the courier can safely leave it with. Flowers are a live product, so delivery must be made on the date you have selected. If the recipient is not in, and no alternative delivery option has been given we will return the bouquet to the studio where you will have the option to either come and collect or we can deliver the same flowers the following day for an additional delivery charge. We will always call you before leaving the recipient's address to avoid the bouquet coming back to the studio.

DAMAGE

All items are checked for quality before they are sent out with our courier, and placed with the greatest of care into their cars and vans. Couriers are instructed in detail how to handle items. If your item has arrived damaged please let us know via email with imagery the same day. Damage reported over 24 hours later is not accepted for reimbursement.

CUT OFF FOR ORDERING

Our cut off for delivery is 9am the day before. If you miss the cut off, drop us an email and we can see if we can squeeze you in. Orders that are placed after 9am for next day delivery will be automatically moved to the following day. We will always be in touch to confirm this and to offer you the options of a refund.

POSTCODES NOT LISTED

If your London postcode is not listed, don’t fret! We have only priced local postcodes to our studio in Camberwell for ease. Please send us an email and we will confirm the delivery price for you and which tier to select if applicable.
